All Legendary Weapons require one of the following drops and tinctures (alchemy):
heat: Torch of Innovation and volatile fire arcanium weapon tincture
cold: Cauldron of Vivifying Water and volatile cold arcanium weapon tincture
spirit: Vial of Heavenly Breezes and volatile energy arcanium weapon tincture
matter: Dust of Creation and volatile spirit arcanium weapon tincture

Note: It is not a typo that matter weapons require spirit tinctures. I'm just reporting it as what it is.
